The location was convenient, near the city center and tram service. Friendly and accommodating staff, with pleasant Chiara. Good Wifi, water pressure, and comfortable bed in a clean room. Sense of local atmosphere.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring, and attentive. They helped us find an alternative hotel and provided us with a map of the city, recommendations for restaurants, and marked the main sites for us to see. The room we stayed in was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a modern bathroom. The hotel's location in a quiet residential area was perfect for a peaceful stay. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of choice to keep us fueled for a day of sightseeing. And I have to mention Marco's fabulous cappuccinos - the best I've ever had!
All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

Good location, 30 min walk or tram to center. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious rooms with AC. Adequate breakfast with cooked options. Lovely garden view.
